In order to get power in each stride you need to bend your knees, the more your knees are bent the more power you can get from each push. A little knee bend means a little power in each push, more knee bend = more power. WebbTry the outside-in method for lacing, that is, you lace the skate from the outside of the eyelet through to the inside. This is opposite of what is typically done for shoe (inside-out). It helps keeps the laces locked in place how you tie them (bottom section a little looser, then middle tight, then top loose).
