WebbIt’s got a multitude of genres and cuts across middle grade all the way to adult fiction. There’s some old favorites – Filipino authors I’ve come to know and love since I started blogging. But of course, there’s new blood on this list too! A list of 2024 Filipino book releases wouldn’t be complete without some stunning debuts. Webb30 okt. 2024 · Sensationalized or not, those Filipino short story compilations were enough to give my 11-year-old self the heebie-jeebies. It was only recently when I was thinking about writing horror stories did I realize that the reason why it made me feel scared was because the stories were relatable, directly catering the interest of the Filipino audience.
