WebJun 19, 2009 · for the palio cj8000 rubbers, 36-38 will have a highish throw, 40-42 a medium throw, 42-44 a low throw. as has been mentioned already, the 36-38 sponge palio rubbers do have excellent dwell time and ease of spin on brush looping, esp close to the table on the backhand. my favorite bh rubber is hk1997 biotech 36-38. It seems to lack a little power, but makes up for it with good control. HK1997 seems to me like CJ8000 on mild steriods.
