Longleaf Ridge Master Naturalists WebLongleaf Ridge Master Naturalists enjoyed the brisk weather on Sunday afternoon, January 19, 2024, exploring the Canyon Rim Woodlands Trail in Newton County, so named because in places the trail is constructed around a canyon with up to 40 foot embankments graced by beech, southern magnolia and loblolly pines. We had a very good turnout.
