Fallout New California - Is not, cannot, and never will be compatible with TTW no matter what anyone says and that includes patches made by smart asses. WebI've downloaded the GOTY edition right from Steam, so it's fully patched. I only have FOOK2 v1.2, MMM RC61, a compatibility patch from the fookunity forums, and the FO3 Unofficial patch. Load order's below. I copy/pasted FOOK's stuff over, copy/pasted MMM's stuff over, put the patch in, and then put in the unofficial patch.

WebDelete your Data\Menus folder. Then go through your load order and if any mods have a Data\Menus file included, reinstall that mod. Then load your UI last. And don't mix and match UIs.
