See if setting the iFPSClamp option to 0 (default), if this makes no difference, try the following: Use FRAPs to determine what your lowest FPS is in game then set "iFPSClamp" to that frame rate. EDIT 2: Solved the lip-sync issue! It's due to the game running on higher than 60hz and having higher than 60fps.
