WebWhen the laptop lid is closed, or the laptop is shutdown, the laptop will charge and the charging port LED will be solid orange to indicate this. When the laptop is in use the laptop will not charge and the LED light is solid white (I believe indicating fully charged) and it will not charge. After that, shut down and try to boot with the adapter unplugged.
