WebStrange, I never had any issues with the DRM, and my experience with the customer support was actually rather good. And, since the early days of directsong, they've removed all the DRM from the service entirely anyways, so that really shouldn't be an issue. Hell, all my old stuff is still there on my account, waiting to be downloaded.
