WebI had to go into the control panel settings, select galaxy buds, right click- Properties- and go to the services tab. None of the boxes were selected so I selected them all. (Not sure if that's really necessary, but hey, it worked). It took a few minutes and I disconnected and reconnected before it worked. Hope that helps.
